is amazingly strong. Anyone who sees her will think she is just a
fit nice looking blond, but they will be in for a surprise. She
is trained in martial arts and is an accomplished gymnast. She
will take any male of average to above average strength. She has both
very strong legs and upper body strength. She is built like Robin
Johnson, but much stronger."

wrestler with some martial arts background. She has been training
actively for several months in grappling, and is already among the
best. Liz has done some pro style & is open to all styles
& reasonable levels of competition. She is a great new
addition to SoCal wrestling scene!"
- 5/03: "You had better be ready or she will be all
over you in a matter of seconds. She is extremely quick and knows how
to turn a defensive position into an offensive one. Skilled in both
submission and martial arts so if you are an average size man she will
have you submitting in no time. Besides being a good wrestler she is a
wonderful person and very beautiful. Ms. Liz is constanly laughing and
joking making sure you both have a good time and is not a clock
watcher."
- 5/05: "Liz is the smallest girl, but probably one of
the most skilled I have wrestled. I had a semi-competitive match with
her and really was no challenge for her skill. I outweighed her by 100
# and she was easily able to gain control time and time again with her
ability to maneuver on the mat. She is extremely quick and has
incredible leg strength for a girl her size. I was only able to gain
control once during an hour session. Just when you think you have a
shot at pinning her or making her submit, she turns the tables and
easily takes charge. I must have tapped to her at least 15 times. "
- 6/05: "She is very strong for size but has amazing
sinewy legs which can instantly squeeze the life right out of your
head, esp. in reverse scissors. She was very open to do what I wanted
and I got pretty erotic with her as she is a very beautiful woman with
a great body. She has a lot of advice on grappling, life, fitness,
nutrition, etc. I plan to keep in touch with this great woman. "
